Like many others I too was lured to Halfcost with the promise of great items at vastly reduced prices. Using the website was a breeze and I chose to buy a Demi-Lune wooden TV unit listed a quarter of the RRP. The chosen item was a graded unit and the website stated that it may have the odd blemish or minor mark on the surface. I have used halfcost on a few occasions and have always had 1 or 2 items missing from the order but have never chased it up, on my latest order of around 25 items there were 12 missing!.when I phoned to enquire as to the whereabouts of these items, it took 4 calls over 5 days to their "customer service" each time being told someone would call back, on the 4th call I spoke to supervisor who stated it was unlikely so many items would be missing from ...

Used them many times and never disappointed!!! I have had odd queries with them from time-to-time but they've always managed to sort them out. Their difficult to get hold of on the phones at times, but if so they usually call back to help you. Sometimes a response can take a couple of days though. As long as you've got a little patience and are looking for some GREAT BARGAINS this site is a great place to shop! Watch them pennies! ...

Well i saw some cheap lights for xmas so i ordered 4 sets,two days later parcel dispatched on the 24th november.Still waiting for this to come,a large number of calls to there unhelpful staff trying to sort it out.One minute my items are lost the following day there located and now there lost again.They will send more out but i'd have to pay for them first,yet consumer law says i don't.They now tell me they've got to investigate whats happen to the ...

refund experience is awful. if their delivery firm loses an order, you have to ring halfcost, they send you a form and then send it back for them to review and decide if they want to refund you. AVOID this 'company'. rip-off merchants. They even told me the sale of goods act doesnt apply to them and basically to get lost! NEVER AGAIN! ...
