Terrible customer service! Never use this service. I ordered a Xmas hamper from them which was battered when it arrived. I contacted them straight away and was told to return it to them and that I would receive a replacement and a refund for the cost of the postage I paid to return it. After many phone calls to seemingly incompetent or ignorant staff I received my replacement (lovely hamper but not worth the hastle!) but am still waiting for my refund 7 weeks later, after being promised it on numerous occasions, together with a promise of a full refund from a member of staff who kept stringing me along before leaving having not done anything, speaking to several managers and still getting nowhere. Avoid at all costs!! ...

My Girlfriend ordered some lingerie from Harrods for Christmas. The goods were ordered with next day delivery for an extra fee. 3 weeks have now passed (as has Christmas) and the goods have not arrived. We have called Harrods several times and emailed and they will not refund or offer any assistance to resolve the issue. DON'T SHOP AT HARRODS ONLINE! ...

I recently ordered from harrods.co.uk for the first time. The website looks good, and it's easy to order and pay. However, when I placed my order I wasn't given the choice of delivery options, which I thought strange as most places have at least a choice of 'normal' and 'express' delivery. I assumed the delivery time would be the standard 3-5 days and placed the order. I promptly received my confirmation email, still without any mention of estimated ...
...on their website and found two mentions of delivery times - one of 7 days and one of 14 days - working days, mind you! I thought 7 working days was a bit long, but since they do not sell the item I wanted anywhere else I didn't really have any other options. I waited. And waited. After 14 working days I called customer service - the helpful lady there set my order to 'express' status and I received it three working days later. (Funny how 3 days delivery ...
