Advantages: Prices, but.... Disadvantages: Slow delivery. Poor IT. Appalling customer service
I ordered £38 worth of their products waited patiently for 3 weeks with no sign of my order, so I sent an email to them to query the status of my order. I received the read receipt that I requested 15hrs later but never received a written response to my query. A week later I sent another email refering to my previous email and this time I recived a reply asking for my order reference..again!. I counted to 10 slowly and sent the info..again! 24hrs ... ...suffered technical difficulties and that my order had now been despatched 4 weeks after they had taken and banked my £38!. Their typically generic customer service email I received did include the word apologise, however as its robotically generated it has no genuine feeling or meaning. An original (not a template) email acknowedging the cock up and that my order had been despatched and that my card had been refunded as compo for the inconvenience ...
Don't have the time to write on review sites normally but I really think this company's marketing is misleading. They claim to be good value but if you look online you can be sure to find the same products at significantly lower prices. BEWARE, best to do your research before ordering with this company, WELL OVERPRICED. ...

I have used Healthspan for about a year now and have no complaints at all. Their products are excellent value and they have plenty of information on the site about the products. It is one of the few online retailers who sell glucosamine in a liquid form at a good price. I love their blackcurrant flavoured glucosamine and Chondroitin product. The delivery is free and items normally arrive within a week. Quite often they have money off coupons which really does represent great value. ...
