Absolutly superb! Vast selection to choose from as superb prices. I shortlisted a few and phoned them to see if they'd help - and they did. Got my item when they said I would and couldt be more pleased. Highly Recommeneded.

Whatever you do, don't buy from these guys if you want anything delivered to an address other than your home, as they will only deliver tou your credit card registered address ,and they use Citylink as a courier, who will only deliver tou your house and won't leave it with anyone else, so if your out or at work, forget it. Their aftercare sevice is awful and don't give a hoot as they've got your money. Avoid if you can. ...

Advantages: Good site, efficient delivery Disadvantages: After sales is a joke, appalling service
Having orderred a svideo to scart lead from the website, I was annoyed to discover the company had sent me the wrong product, a scart to scart lead. That was the first error. The rest is just untrue.
I attempted to call customer services to explain the problem but it took 20 minutes for them to answer my call (Having previously tried 3 times and failed to get an answer at all). They said the lead I ordered was out of stock and they'd let me know ... ...made.
Two weeks later I spend another 15minutes waiting for them to answer my call as I'd heard nothing. Still no lead. I was told they would ring me as soon as it came in stock.
A further two weeks went by and I rang again. I was told they didnt realy know why it was taking so long and would get back to me. Amazingly they did the next day saying that unfortunately the lead I orderred could no longer be sourced at all so I would have to arrange ...

I was really impressed with my experience of ordering from this site. I - a mere femal, needing a suitable birthday present for my husband - was unsure of the exact products I needed complete our home entertainment system. I was given excellent advise from knowledgeable people and confidently made an order. I was advised of the different types of system I needed and all the accessories I might need. Having said that, at no time did I feel any obligation ... ...promptly and the information I recieved was in a language I could understand - not all technical mumbo-jumbo!! The order arrived ahead of schedule. The products were securely packaged. All ordering and invoicing was clear and precise. An altogether pleasurable shopping experience.
