In one of our lectures, our lecturer was talking about how with the Internet the market for exploitation has become greater.
People advertise what seem legitimate products, they get people to send money to the companies and never get any product in return.

Homeworkingideas.co.uk seems a very accomplished site, it offers all the best deals and some excellent tips on how to work from home by either freelance work like proof reading, translation, research, secretarial or even computing or some other tasks.

However, when people visit these sites which offer a lot but often deliver very little, you must be aware that it will be very menial.
They often attract people who are desperate to make a few bob and have time to spare. They advertise ways of making money quickly but often there’s no quick way to making a fortune.
So be careful if you visit sites that offer ways to get rich quick they are scams.

Homeworkingideas.co.uk seems to be the best one by far, it’s like a directory and has most of the home working ideas. The homepage is very well organised and it tells you of ways of how to make money off the internet like ‘getting paid to surf’ but it would be better if it told you that it never pays you. So do be wary!

As a student I have had many friends who have sent £20 cheques to get paid for envelope packing but they take your cash and you never hear of them again.

Although, this site is good I do have my reservations, if it promises loads of money then be wary otherwise doing stuff like proof reading and translating can be a very worthwhile.

Never send upfront fees for homework like envelope stuffing or craftwork. They are all scams that work for the scamsters because they bank the admin or registration fees and either never supply work or refuse to pay because the work isn't quite perfect.

We all could do with making a bit of money, but it is difficult to know who to trust, with these schemes. Thanks for the advice :-)

My motto is "if it sounds too good to be true - it usually is!" Thanks for a very helpful opinion!
