In my pursuit to locate a user manual for my honda civic 1.4 Lsi Automatic, I finally located it on the honda website. The URL is

I have not used the authorised dealer for servicing my car, since its always expensive. Even the honda parts are expensive but like all other japanese cars they are very reliable.

I tried this out inputting my details and found it fairly simple and easy to use and the result was instant and luckily there was no recalls for my vehicle.
Used Car section ******************* Here you can search for used cars of honda. You can run the search by model, body style, engine, badge, fuel type, transmission, vehicle age, mileage, price range, post code, etc., This is very useful and you can restrict the results.
New Cars *********** You can choose new cars of the models like Jazz, CR-V, Accord, Stream, Civic, HR-V, Insight, S2000, NSX, FR-V and you can find out the price list also online.
Brochures *********** You have the options of downloading the brochures to your PC or by post.
Comparator ************* http://www.honda.co.uk/comparator/ At this link, you can compare any car against a honda model, This gives a very good comparison, including the engine specifications as well as the price.
Contact ********* If you need any further information or have a question, you can get in touch with the company through this section. Contact Centre number is 0845 200 8000 and open from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturday. You can also fill up the form on this section to contact or leave them a message.
On the whole its okay site but I could find more information on another site http://www.hondacivic.info/subpages/honda_civic_manuals.html than this one. I would have loved if it had a tips section or links to sites which had tips on honda cars. It would have been better if they had put the links to honda car forums etc., or they themselves could have started a section so that owners can discuss and find solution to their problems. The company could have found out the problems which the owners are facing much more easily and could incorporate these in the new upcoming models instead of spending millions on market research etc.,

Basically, we needed a family car that was flexible enough to handle our needs and be economical and fun in the process.
We found that car in the Honda Jazz.
Initial impressions are that it looks a lot like a Civic, apart from the slightly squat front with cute bug-eyes, and the aerial at the front of the roof and not the rear. However elsewhere things are very different and the Jazz is aimed at flexibility and not the "boy racer" crowd that the Civic sometimes attracts.
The inside is hugely spacious - easily enough space for 5 adults in comfort. The driving position is excellent with good visibility and driver+passenger airbags as standard. Note that the basic model doesn't feature a height adjustable driver's seat so if you are ...

Advantages: loads of fun Disadvantages: expensive for a small car
that function. Ordinary boot space is also deceptively generous, easily taking my weekly shop, or our holiday suitcase with other bags on top. As I've said before, I've loaded her up so heavily at times that I thought her tyres might pop and she's never yet complained.

Advantages: Great magic seats system Disadvantages: Hondas own roof bars (larger than normal roof bars)
seat up, or the double seat up, or all three to get in a bike! If needed, the seats can fold down as in other small people movers to provide a flat load space, but I find the magic seats so much more quick and easy I've seldom used that function. Ordinary boot space is also deceptively generous, easily taking the family weekly shop, or our holiday suitcase with other bags on top.
There are many accesories that you can get with the jazz, with mine i got the roof bars, as i enjoy cycling, however i fount it hard to find a cycle rack that fits on to the roof bars as they are larger than norman, so i advise cyclists to by standerd roof bars, not hondas own!
