Hotmail is a good email service that I have always used and always hope to use, but it has some really bad downsides and these will be explained below.

In my opinion Hotmail can be good at times but, and yes a big BUT. It is quite slow loading which slows me down a great amount when I have lots of emails to look through and I want to get it done quickly, which is not always possible and I tend to have a lot of email.

Another downside, is the navigation. The navigation is poor the links are scattered everywhere, you click one thing to find one set of stuff but then you find out you clicked the wrong link so you have to go back and start again. This need to be simplified if they could do that.

The support with Hotmail is bad, I never had an answer to any of my emails when there service was down on many occasions. So I ended up upgrading to premium to get support, what a mistake that was! I ended up cancelling my premium and not paying for the money owed, as a result of poor service, even there premium support team did not respond.

Which leads me on to another issue about the repeating issues arrising, every now and again you won't be able to access your email because there is a technical issue, when this happens it is usually down for a few hours. Which causes problems when I want to click a confirmation email link to confirm my email on a site I just signed-up to.

But it's not all bad, the actual reading and sending email side of things is quite simple and easy to use, and the unlimited space is yet another great addition to the service.
