If you are prepared to wait endlessly for goods that have been paid for but have failed to arrive, to make phone calls at your expense to this firm and be given misinformation and be accused of receiving goods and returning them then this is the firm to deal with. We ordered and paid for, by cheque ( a grave mistake ) an item on 05/06/08 and are still waiting for delivery. ...

If you're willing to wait up to three months for your Orders then OK
we ordered in January 2008 and currently still awaiting delivery
18th April 08 not having received the goods we can'not comment on
the quality. All this time they have had full payment for the goods
and it has cost £'s in wasted telephone calls for which they have the
ordasity to charge 10p per minute when chasing up goods!
they tell us they do not know who their Carriers are! We thought this
was supposed to be a Mail Order Company!

This is a very easy site navigate around if you are looking for linen, bedwear, gifts or household items. There is wide range of items available. You can search this site by either typing in the item you are looking for or if you have a copy of the catalogue available, the item number.
The items are both practical and reasonably priced. If your order is for more than one item and one is not available they will send the available one and not charge ... ...confirm your order in both writing to the invoice address and by e-mail. They will also advise you in writing if they are experiencing problems in sourcing one of your purchases – they will let you know the expected delivery date.
They do charge for delivery.
