In my opinion iDealing are not good value for money since there are providers that do not charge annual fees with similar dealing charges, who do not provide the repeated BAD service I have received from iDealing. iDealing deducted more quarterly fees from my account than they should have done. iDealing have been responsible for late settlement with 12 of my stocks, their response when it finally arrives to my complaints was totally unsympathetic. iDealing have forced me to make cheque withdrawal costing me £5 per cheque, not allowing me to use their stated free BACS withdrawal service. I found it a waste of time raising my concerns, since they are ignored giving the impression that it does not matter what the customer says, what iDealing says goes like it or lump it. You will find that iDealing ignore your emails and give no telephone option on the website. This has been a costly error by me, I am transferring to another provider - I would not touch iDealing ever again ...
For this to be more useful to a potential customer, it would be worth discussing firstly what the company is supposed to do and then discussing all the issues you have had with them. As it stands this just reads like a complaint rather than a review.
