The multitude of formats accepted is also a big plus: * MP3, * WMA, * OGG, * ASF. The music can be easily managed due to the large 2.4" color display. The LCD also serves to the video player, which supports * MPEG-4, * WMV and * XviD formats, at 30 fps. The playback is smooth and the image clear, but a major minus of the display affects the video playback: the contrast is way lower than other similar devices, the viewing angle is small and the brightness is poor. Also, the materials are quite cheap. Although, they are properly combined and give you the impression of a premium player. The software is well-designed, it rarely happens to crush and thanks to the updates, it gets better and better. The audio playback is very good. I'd say excellent! The bass is there, also the highs. But, if you really want the best sound you should use high-rate MP3s or FLAC files, and should change the earphones with some better ones. The price is correct, starting from £48, and goes higher depending on the storage capacity: 2GB, 4GB or 8GB. Also, in this price you get the extras: built-in speakers, microSD slot, FM radio and text reading support.
