Advantages: Great discounts, good ater sales, new concept Disadvantages: high shipping costs
I became addicted to ibood a few months ago. I have recommend the website to some friends of mine. I ordered two items and they are still working. A friend was unlucky to receive a broken product. She contacted the customer service right away after she received the package. Quick response from iBood followed and 5 days later the damaged item was replaced. I am hooked and stay up often to wait to see whats next. Especially the iBood hunt can be addictive. ... ...products in as one sells out. The forum can be amusing sometimes. However, there is one thing that iBood needs to improve on: f.e. the shipping costs. They can be high compared to other shops especially on cheap items.
