Advantages: Best resolutions. Best refresh rates. Stylish. Light weight. Long lasting. Big 19" display, small case Disadvantages: Expensive. Trinitron (2 dark lines 1/3 & 2/3 down screen). No installation disk (Files on Internet). Blurry at far corners at highest resolutions

The Vision Master Pro 451 is an advanced trinitron screen (Flat Screen), FST monitor (More compact). It is an 19" USB monitor (18" viewable) with speaker and USB HUB combo. It is very light for a 19" and ... ...This means that it is non-toxic, low radiation, low fatigue etc. The monitor itself is strange because it is a 0.25 pitch au grille. This means that the center is UNBELIEVABLY sharp but the out edges are 0.26 (Average sharpness). The monitor features resize, repositioning, moire, pincussion, trapeziod, parallelogram, pin balance, landing, convergance, degauss (which sounds like a big tv turning on :) ), and information and programability. I have been upgrading my pc ever since I bought my first one. I can actually say that I have enough spare parts to build another seperate pc. Never for one moment did I think that it was about time that I improved my interacting experience with my computer. But recently I decided that since I spend such a long time on my pc per day I should get something to reduce eye strain and fatigue.
I decided I wanted a monitor, not just any monitor because I new that monitors are THE most expensive part of a pc. I wanted to make sure I could get a monitor I new I could trust. I read endless reviews and found out that the company Iiyama was recently rated 3rd best monitor manufacturer. But that was overall, as far as quality goes I had read the specs of the monitor Vision Master Pro 451 and was SERIOUSLY impressed.

Advantages: Easy to install, absolutely huge viewable 366mm x 275mm, comparatively light, v. high flicker-free resolution Disadvantages: Two lines across screen, takes a while to power up again from standby, on or above 1600x1200 v. large white areas can cause flickering
After working my proverbial off all summer to buy myself a new computer that I would build from scratch, I was looking for the best (within a reasonable price range) and I think I found it.
The VM Pro 451 was a very daunting product as it was delivered - the box is huge! But after flexing my muscles I finally got it out. To get it up and running simply required me to plug the monitor cable into one of the slots on the monitor (It has two so you ... ...into my computer. Of course I had to plug it in too... But that was that - when I turned my computer on it worked straight away.
To connect the USB hub there is a USB to USB cable provided to plug into the back of your computer. This is a great feature - I hate having to reach over to the back of my computer to plug stuff in. Similarly for the speakers - you just plug the provided cable into your computer and monitor. But the speakers aren't great. ...

Ok I'll explain my current situation. I have decided to have a go at building my own PC, I know how to do it all and I have just started ordering the components for it. I came to purchasing the monitor and had intended on going for a big 19" IiyamaVisionMasterPro451 CRT (this is basically the type of monitor you are likely to have, with a 'tube' at the back) monitor. I looked at the dimensions of it and realised that it was going to take up over 45cms on my desk, which is a lot on my small desk.
So I had to look to alternatives, and I arrived at TFT (LCD) Flat-Panel displays. They seem to be the perfect space saving alternative to traditional monitors while still giving reasonable performance and a reasonable price. The only problem with them is that some are a little bit pricey. This put me off a little until I came to the LG ...
