I have been upgrading my pc ever since I bought my first one. I can actually say that I have enough spare parts to build another seperate pc. Never for one moment did I think that it was about time that I improved my interacting experience with my computer. But recently I decided that since I spend such a long time on my pc per day I should get something to reduce eye strain and fatigue.

I decided I wanted a monitor, not just any monitor because I new that monitors are THE most expensive part of a pc. I wanted to make sure I could get a monitor I new I could trust. I read endless reviews and found out that the company Iiyama was recently rated 3rd best monitor manufacturer. But that was overall, as far as quality goes I had read the specs of the monitor Vision Master Pro 451 and was SERIOUSLY impressed.

The Vision Master Pro 451 is an advanced trinitron screen (Flat Screen), FST monitor (More compact). It is an 19" USB monitor (18" viewable) with speaker and USB HUB combo. It is very light for a 19" and is stylish and has the highest quality standards (TCO 98). This means that it is non-toxic, low radiation, low fatigue etc. The monitor itself is strange because it is a 0.25 pitch au grille. This means that the center is UNBELIEVABLY sharp but the out edges are 0.26 (Average sharpness). The monitor features resize, repositioning, moire, pincussion, trapeziod, parallelogram, pin balance, landing, convergance, degauss (which sounds like a big tv turning on :) ), and information and programability. I can say that the refresh rates and resolutions are the things that make this monitor what it is...

640x480x32 (150Hz Theoretical 240Hz)
1024x768x32 (120Hz EASY!)
1600x1200x32 (90Hz)
1920x1440x32 (70Hz)
2048x1536x32 (60Hz) DAMN THATS HIGH!!!!

Good opinion... some info on cost, looks and maybe the competition made it a bit more useful. SB.
