Ordering and paying for the goods are very simple but receiving butcommunicating with them is another thing. The only way of communicating is through e-mail and they choose, in my case, to ignore this form of address
I ordered the goods and paid with my credit card. I quickly received confirmation that the card had been accepted. I was informed a few days after the payment had been taken from my card that the goods had been despatched. When they ... ...are not delivered but have not received any answer - is this ignorance? It is now 11 working days after applying for the goods and I am still unable to contact them with a view to getting a reply.
I thought that I was dealing with a reputable Company but now have the distinct feeling that I am being conned.
It is the first and the last time I will give my business to this charlatan of acompany (and here I apologise the those who use this in a repuable ...

INNOVATIONS was best known for their small glossy catalogues which plagued our Sunday supplements - humane spider catchers, patent ring cleaning solutions, novelty toilet roll dispensers, that sort of thing.
I ordered a set of luggage straps with my web domain woven into them, I'm sure that says rather more about me than I would care to think! That was around three years ago.
INNOVATIONS is part of GUS Home shopping - which incidentally owns the ... ...great length previously)
Now I don't want anybody to think I have in any way a specific gripe about the holding company, it is, in my opinion, a complete coincidence that the two retailers which have hacked me off most in the past twelve months just happen to be members of the same family of shops!
When I discovered this link, I looked up the GUS annual report, it noted a general downturn in sales, most noticeable within the INNOVATIONS brand, ...

However, there are things – stupid ones, like that frankly freaky Besk, and genuinely ingenious little gizmos – that I really wouldn’t know where to find anywhere else.
innovations.co.uk is well worth a visit if you’re after something ‘different’, trying to track down ...
