I recently ordered a Pink Radiance bouquet for a special occasion and I have to say I was not very impressed with the flowers or the service from Interflora. Firstly the bouquet did not really resemble to item shown on their website where I placed the order. The florist rather rudely snorted that 'nothing ever looks like it does in the picture', well maybe but this wasn't even close. Secondly the florist could not find our address, even though it ...
...My main frustration though is that the flowers themselves were not particularly fresh, they were already open and slightly discoloured, I was expecting better. They looked okay at best when they were delivered but had wilted and gone brown the next day. Flowers! But behind them are florists and it is depend what kind of florist will do your flowers somewhere in KL in Malaysia or in Berlin in London or High lands in Scotland. Still quality will be higher as they have to pass the test to join Interflora (as long as I remember from my old friend). my advice: be carful with any order that contains spirit or alcochol. ...even they do try to bring it up ( I mean Interflora.co.uk) but you may be sure to get good flowers not on the picture - in real! and they will be delivered by florist (if it is not- you will see it while ordering. I ordered funeral flowers that were not delivered recently - each part of the chain blamed the other. I wrote to the Company chairman at Head Office and have not even received an acknowledgement - let alone an apology. SOME CARING SERVICE!!! ...

i like Interflora.The flowers are always fresh and you can have the bouqeut made or trust the staff to make one up for you based om your situation.I have dealt with them for romantic occaosions and funerals.The flowers are always delivered on time and are always fresh.The flowers they stock in shop can be quite unusual too.very rare from various countrys,i think that is why they are so expensive.I do like the one to one attention the staff give you, ...
