I ordered from this company and they billed credit card twice for the same order. I was able to resolve this. However, the order never arrived. There web site clearly states, "If you do not receive your shipment within 21 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at 1-866-419-7475. We will refund your payment if the shipment has been lost or misplaced in transit, or, we will resend the order." It has been over 35 days and order has not arrived. I ordered from Internationaldrugmart.com over two months ago and I still haven't received anything. First they answered my emails and assured me that I'm just about to receive my order. Now they don't answer emails anymore. Their page says that if you don't receive your order within 21 days they will ship the products again for free.
