Well, in esence thats whats supposed to happen, but most of the offers are buy someting and get points for them, recently though this has changed..

There are now alot of places to earn points at this recently re-designed site, the main ones are:

Myoffers.co.uk / OK mail - sign up with both and get 20 I points, and then 1 ipoint for each survey completed and 2 Ipoints for every 3 e-mails recieved from oK mail

Bluecarrots.com - sign up and recieve 10 Ipoints (I've not recieved these yet, after signing up just over a month ago)

Ciao.com (where you are now!) - register and recieve 5 Ipoints and then write your first review and recieve 20 Ipoints

ConsumerLink.com - fill in regular surveys for various levels of Ipoints, I've personaly been credited with 2 x 50 Ipoints from this company.

E-bay.com - earn 10 points for registering
