Advantages Fantastic website, cool products.
Disadvantages You will spend too much money.
If you read my Mood Beam review you will know that I did quite a bit of shopping online last month. One of the sites I used was www.iwantoneofthose.com, known as iwoot.
The site is very similar to Firebox.com, they both sell similar stuff and similarly priced as well. The stock of iwoot is mainly gadgets and retro stuff. The colour scheme of the site is purple and cream and looks quite nice. It is very busy though and can be a little off putting as it makes the site look quite complicated. Right at the top of the page in the left hand corner is the "I want one of those" logo, (see picture). Next to that is an advert, (MSN cars), and lastly is the hitwise top 10 website logo. For more information about hitwise check out www.hitwise.co.uk.
Below that is the main site which as I said before is busy. There is a search function that allows you to search for the product that you want or you can search by price range or product page.
I want one of those deals with wholesale enquiries; you need to click on the wholesale button and it will tell you what to do.
A really cool feature of I want one of those is that you can write reviews of any products you buy from there. You stand the chance of winning a £50.00 voucher if you do. I haven't got round to writing my reviews yet but I will do in the near future. The reviews are a lot shorter than on Ciao so it should be easy!Down one side of the page is the "Top 10"; these are the ten products that sell the most on iwoot.
I want one of those is the kind of website that you browse around. I would recommend doing the same thing I recommended for Firebox and making yourself a cuppa and just moseying round for a bit. I got my Mum's and my Fiancé's Mum's mother's day presents from iwoot along with my Mood Beam and a ring that is also a bottle opener for a friend. My parcel arrived the very next day and was well packaged in a purple box, (similar to a shoe box), with the web address across the sides.
I was really happy with the service; I had to return the ring as it was the wrong size and after a quick call to the customer service team they gave me a code and it was all sorted. There isn't really a lot more to say; I recommend them whole-heartedly. All that's left is for me to recommend my five favourite iwoot finds:
1) The Projector Keyboard - £129.00. This so cool. Instead of having your usual piece of beige plastic you have a little projector, (about half the size of a standard pack of playing cards), which projects a keyboard onto any flat surface.

Nice review. A friend bought the lavnav and they were happy enough with the service. I'm not convinced there's too much of their stuff I'd find a home for though. Adam
