Disadvantages was not given an order number or acknowledgement
A Very Poor show from IWOOT on my first and last order! I ordered a birthday present for my husband and didn't choose the next day delivery as I had plenty of time for the 1-3 days specified on the site. 4 days later I rang to track the order and was told that it had been held up due to their computer error and not even dispatched yet. I was promised Next Day Delivery at no extra cost and waited in for the item which never came and still hasn't. On ringing to complain I was asked to hold the line so that adequate compensation could be discussed with a superior and having held for 5 minutes -0845 no!- was told that none could be given, not so much as a sorry or money off next purchase voucher! I couldn't have a refund either as I was told that the goods had actually been dispatched and I would have to return it for a refund. Won't be using again
