If I'd have looked at these reviews earlier I'd have never ordered. As it happens I did order only to be badly let down; after all when you order in good time and pay for next day delivery thats, not surprisingly, what you expect; instead a 'the order didn't reach the warehouse' statement was what I got. Needless to say i cancelled my order and will never order from these people again.
And by the way, as others have said here its shocking how such a 'customer support' orientated company cannot be bothered to have a contact phone number anywhere; instead I got in touch with their parent company (google worldstores) who did get someone to speak to me.
