Bags and shoes galore with free delivery and returns - super service. 30/03/2012

Advantages Next day delivery, 365 days to return and they are both FREE
Disadvantages None apart from - too many bags - spoilt for choice!

Issues with sale items and call centre.. 06/08/2012

Advantages Decent customer service, some good prices
Disadvantages Foreign call centre, website issues.

I must say my one experience with this site hasn't been very encouraging. They were promoting a big sale and among the many items was a Kipling shillong bag, which had been reduced from £55 to £23,17 as part of their better then 50% off range. My partner ordered the bag and a purse to go with it. She went through the online checkout no problem but when she attempted to range the delivery address, as she'd mistakenly used the same delivery address as the billing address, which was not what she intended to do. Advantages Free delivery. Cheapest on the internet.

I was very impressed with this company. I researched the boots i wanted on the internet and found Javari by far the cheapest site. In fact, II struggeled to get hold of the pair of boots i wanted as the size i required had sold out on nearly every site. Javari however had them in stock. I purchased 2 pairs of these boots in different colours at £70. each, for the same price as 1 pair of the same boot on all the other sites (£139. then plus postage). Advantages Price delivery speed, products supplied
Disadvantages Buying shoes online is risky as fit is important but if you know exactly what you want no problem

I bought a pair of Gabor Lanzarote sandals on the high street in 2007 for £40. I loved them. By 2011 they had seen better days and I wanted a replacement but was not happy with the £59.99 high street price. Having searched online I found them on Javari with a 25% off promotion - they had the full range of sizes and colours available. I had never ordered shoes online before, but as I knew the product was happy to do so. Javari was great. Ordered at 4pm on Friday, they arrived before 9am on Saturday. Disadvantages you pay for the goods and are promised next day delivery, but will never receive it.

I should have listened to the previous negative review. I never received my item. I ordered on a Friday and estimated delivery was the next day. They informed me they used Royal Mail, of which next day delivery is guaranteed, something does not add up. There was no issue with delivery in my area, i received items from other companies in good time, and growing concerned i even asked my postman if there was anything odd going on! There was not. The website is misleading, and looks quite tacky. Tracking on the website is only to say the item is dispatched, however they use a delivery service ... more
