Stores Your Personal File Safely on Your Hard-drive This is a good thing to have because no one wants their personal information going out to third parties and you know what that lead too.It leads to hard spamming on their part and like ME you will then get many spam emails.I got this from giving my email address to more GPTS’s that didn’t say that they do not believe in third party information.This is a excellent feature that they all should carry.
Fill Forms with ONE click or a little more, but not many More Are you sick of being asked the same questions on where you live, when were you born, and questions in the subject matter??Do you want a alternative to doing this??Well, ladies and gentle he-men, this is your chance.This feature lets you click a button and have all the information filled out for you or as many as it can do.It cannot do any interests forms or anything that you have to click on.That is still very good, but I still think that it’s better than Gator because Gator on my machine does not work properly and it tends to freeze up and then make me restart the old comp.
Remember ID’s and Passwords I like this kind of thing because for me I have all the same passwords and usernames and I plan to keep on doing the same.I really think this helps me a lot because for me, I don’t want to go back and forth to word files and check out my passwords and usernames.Then, sometimes I have to go to Outlook Express and checkout the email they sent me for the username and password ideas.
Minuses The download The download doesn’t take that long at all on a 56k connection at a rate of 5.87 kbps for this.I also think it’s a excellent get paid program that you really don’t have to take an hour just to download a stupid get paid bar.This one isn’t stupid at all and is worth the time to download.
The updates They have periodic updates in which the a red light on a exclamation mark goes on and off.That means that you have to click that button and choose what you want to download and what you will do later.You have to download the updates because it helps take care of bugs and also you can’t get paid if you don’t update Jotter.I really think that is a minus with us people that have slow as heck connections.
What does it pay like and When is it not Paying and when is it??
Red light, Green light Do you want to check out your member information and how much money is in your account without going to the site and actually having to type in information?Why would you do that, when you can do this.This tells you when your not getting paid and when you are.It also shows when you click on the dollar sign and it takes you straight to your cash flow you have going for you.You have to be moving the mouse every 180 seconds at least once to remain getting paid.If you stop for a break you will remain with a red light which is not a good thing.

The maximum surfing time that you can use Jotter is a full 15 hours in which you can get paid.For all of you members like me, this 15 hours is a daily walk in the park.I think they should raise the hours and keep up the great pay-rate!!
Recommendation I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends and I think that you should join soon before tons of people know about this one!!

Jotter is a neat little internet helper that earns you money. You get 50 cents an hours for having the bar running at the top or bottom of your screen. It also plays music, reminds you of birthdays, stores your bookmarks/favourites, tells you the weather, the news, it's a search engine and quite a bit more. I certainly don't use or even need all the features, ... ...a dream. I have been using it for 2 months and it's worked perfectly. It's easy to hit the max hours each month because you don't need to be surfing like AllAdvantage. I joined the United Surfers 'Serious Surfers' Jotter Matrix (see their website) because all members are obliged to do the maximum hours. The recent takeover of Jotter just shows that Jotter Technologies were in it just for the money with no consideration for their members. 24 Million I believe is what they sold out for.
I wrote to their new owners who promptly wrote back declining to accept any responsibility for payments, even Jotter say that members with less than $50 will not be paid. This is cruel to the members who have used their services and because of the timing of the takeover ... ...I myself am in the UK and have been using their surfbar because I read in their FAQ that International members could earn money and would be paid once Jotter began paying in their respective country.
I have earned well over the minimum payment but now know I will never receive any of the money.
It makes me wonder though why this company bought Jotter knowing that they would be discontinuing their GPTS program. Do they really think that people will ...

Advantages: NONE Disadvantages: IS A TOTAL AND UTTER CON!!!!
This service has just turned out to be a complete and utter CON! The company is being taken over by another and the service suspended. The terms stated that you had to raise $50 to receive a cheque - this is fair enough - just save up longer - but now they're saying those that haven't got the full $50 on the end of the program: 30th September will lose all of their earnings so far! A COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF!!!

Advantages: 50¢/hr payout, stable software Disadvantages: Software is large, very few ads could lead to short life
I'm glad I was told about Jotter. Very few of the programs still pay 50¢ an hour, or else they claim to and then don't. Jotter guarantee this rate with their bar. Their bar however, also does lots of other nifty wee things like fills in forms, gives you a news ticker. The thing is, all this is useless unless you really wanted one. Really, all I wanted was the advertbar and this would take up both less hard drive space and less system RAM while running. ... ...fill out my forms for me.
My main problem is that I don't think Jotter can survive because since I've started using it I've seen an average of 1 as every 2 hours or something. At this same time they've been paying me 50¢ for every hour. However, if they do survive I will definitely add them to my site @ www.extrapay.co.uk - although they only currently allow signups from the USA, UK and Canada.
We can only wait and see - and hope they survive, ...

Jotter is one of the copious pay2surf programs about, but one great bonus to this one is that it pays 50 cents an hour, which is great compared to the pitiful 2 cents per hour I've seen in places. The only danger here being that they might go banmkrupt if they can't afford to pay out all that cash.
Anyway, they give you a nifty little bar which not only serves as the ad bar, but also supplies a news ticker, search engine, stores your favourites ...
