As a Computer Scientist, I have spent thousands of pounds on Jungle.com and will continue shopping with them.
Jungle are (at this moment) owned by Argos and provide a wonder online shopping service to anyone wishing to buy computer parts, or electronics-related accessories.With lower overheads than high-street stores, Jungle can see goods for cheaper. With the introduction of delivery fees, it is no longer as desirable to buy cheaper items such as CDs and cables, but on larger items such as scanners and printers the delivery fee is negligible.
Jungle has a massive range of goods in stock, and for the majority of items there is an accompanying picture and detailed description. There is also the advantageous feature of user reviews and scores, which you may read to help make you a decision.The website also denotes how many of each item are in stock, when the next delivery of stock for that item will be, or how long it will take to arrive if that item is ordered upon request.
There is also an option to select which delivery service you want, such as paying extra for next-day delivery. The delivery may also be tracked using a consignment number and link to the courier’s website.The estimated dispatch date is also given. Although I usually find this to be a couple of days early. Still, the service is worth it!
I am also impressed by the wonderful community spirit of Jungle, with competitions, newsletters, prizes for reviews, deals of the week, best buys, etc. It certainly keeps me going back!Jungle also has a wonderful technical support, who seem to know all the answers to your presales or troubleshooting enquiries.
And as for their return’s policies, like with Argos; if you don’t like the product you can send it back (providing you have not damaged it). It is also worth noting that if the item is faulty they will pay for returns delivery fees for recorded delivery, or if the item is large (like a scanner) they will send a courier direct to your door!Overall, - I have yet to find a better online store as www.Jungle.com !
