This is the absolute worst website I have ordered off. The customer Service(?) is ridiculous. I ordered my product, and selected the delivery I wanted on 12/11/09. When I didn't get a dispatch notification a week later I called them. Was told the item was dispatched today, 18/11/09, when I ... ...was told the item was out of stock and I will have recieved an email. NO email to date. I hadn't recieved this item by Friday, 20/11/09, so I called them again, and asked them to email me with the dispatch notice & tracking number as I hadn't recieved these. No email yet.

I bought a Wahl hair trimmer on the 9th of November, paid for upgrade courier (24-48hr service), its now the 24th November, still have not received it. I made several phone calls, was told that I'd be called back, had no calls whatsoever. After a few calls I was told it had been despatched, it was obvious that they were lying about it being shipped as I had not received a despatch email and their system still said it was being picked. The customer ... ...The level of customer service was honestly the WORST I had ever come across. I was told that it had been despatched today (24/11/09), so I had a look on their system ... guess what, its still being picked. They are also not refunding me the money for the 'Courier upgrade'. I do alot of online shopping and 'Justbeautifully' is hands down the worst of the worst. I will never be buying from them again or even recommending them. Absolutely appalling. ...

I've only bought very few items from the web since i've started using it and I have to say that the quality of the curls it creates is brilliant! They also heat up very quickly!

I recently ordered the Babyliss portability straighteners from you and was delighted to receive them today, after waiting only 2 days!! Thank you so much. Also, I can't believe the value of them. This is my first review on Ciao, so I appologise if i've forgotten any info

100 Fabric Strips, a 400ml After Wax Lotion with Tea Tree Oil's (which i have to say, smell delicious),

As both me and my sister wanted a waxing kit for home, we ended up buying this set. On their website they say that these products are all "of the best quality in the indurstry". To be fair i don't know what the whole industrys products are, but this kit provides some Great quality products which will definitely server all your waxing needs.
