I had been with Kays for around 7 years and had ordered many things as I had over a £3000 credit limit,that proves that.
The last item I ordered was in July 2004 (not that long ago) I placed an order around 2 weeks ago and was advised that my account had a foreclosure on it ?.I said to the adviser I had not ask for my account to be closed and had not recieved any letters advising me of this fact.
I emailed them and ask them where my order was,and was told that because I had sent a few things back to the catalogue,that they had decided to close my account and not send me anymore catalogues or accept any more orders from me.
Has I said in the replying email to them,"what am I supposed to do if a customer does not want the item,keep it so I don' t offend the catalogue by sending it back".Its just the sneeky way they have went about it,doing it all behind my back without sending me any letters advising me what they were going to do.Just be aware that if you are not going to order many things (you should be allowed to order as much or as little as you like) that they will do the sneeky on you.Plenty of other good catalogues out there like Empire,Littlewoods,Freemans,just avoid Kays.

Reddragonflame87 you have the cheek to call my grammar,since when has have been spelt hav,read your comment you posted on 25/1/2005 at 12:49,before you comment on other peoples grammar check your own.If you read the review again you will see what rating I have giving the quality of products.If this review looks to you "a review to purely insult the company" well that is my experiance with Kays,they were the ones who closed my account without my knowledge after 7 years of shopping with them,now thats not on ! I thought thats what this site was about giving your experiance with a product/company,thats what is helping people to decide on a product/company,seems simple enough to me,thought you would have known that,simple really.

Advantages: Quick to order. (quick to take your money!) Disadvantages: Never get the products!, abusive customer service advisors, impersonal responses, lying staff, underhanded practices (in my opinion, without concrete proof!!) - just so you dont sue me!
