Kiddicare is a great internet site that you can buy lot of baby items for example: cots, buggies, baby clothes, dunmmies,car seats and lots more. So as you can see there is a big variety. I find the site is very easy to navigate around at the top of the screen there is a search bar where you can type in the product name you are looking for then search for this makes it easier for you to find it. I find the prices on the site are very reasonable there are some more expensive items but you get that on all sites. I find that there is nearly always a sale on sometimes there's up to 80% cent off of the item, under the sale items there is an rrp price underneath so you can see what you are saving.

I think the site is good as it gives you alot of detail on each product. If you see a product you like then once you have clicked on it underneath there is more details on the product. Firstly it shows you any reviews on the item this is done by a star rating so anyone who has brought the item can leave feedback on it and how many stars they would give it. I think this is good as it good to hear other peoples experience with the product and whether they think it's worth you buying it. Then there is the details and specification on the product which tells you the age it's suitable for, measurements and materials it's made out of etc. Then lastly it says the delivery information which states how long the delivery wil lbe

When you order an item over £50 on the site the delivery is free and if it's under £50 then the delivery cost is £5.99. If you order before 5pm then your order noramlly comes the next day if after 5pm it will be 2 days. But if something is out of stock can take longer but it will tell you on the site. Once your order has been dispatched then you will recieve a message telling you. I recieved mine on my house phone this is ideal as you no that the items on the way. If the date it is being delivered isn't when you are free then you can text them and rearrange anotehr date. You can also track your order online which I found good. I am not so keen on there returns poicy which is if you recieve an item that you no longer want then you have to return the item at ur own expense which I could imagine being quite expensive is something large like a cot. You have 7 days to return it which I think is fair.

So far I have only ordered one thing from the site which was a cot I went through a cashback site so I manged to receive 4% cashback of what I spent so ideal. I was kept up to date with the order of the cot and it arrived the next date as stated. I had an email to confirm the order and a message on my house phone when dispatched so you are kept to upto date.

I think all the products on the site are great you could probably find some of the items cheaper in other places but I find there not to overpriced.
