Line My Pocket (.co.uk) is a good cashback/reward site. I particularly like it as it has one of the lowest minimum payout amounts, at £5, compared to £25 on GreasyPalm or £20 worth on MutualPoints and so on. It offers payment by through Amazon gift vouchers, payment into a PayPal account or you can donate the money to charity, they don't send out cheques and you will need a PayPal account if you want to use the money outside of on Amazons site obviously, ...
