I have had a Littlewoods catalogue for about 15 years and I think the range and choice available has improved very much recently. The catalogue prices for some goods are more competitive than they used to be and they do have some great offers on ie Buy Now Pay Later and a recent 3 for 2 on all clothing was excellent - especially as it included sale items! The quality of the clothing is mainly good and if you wait to the end of season sale (on now ... ...bargains for that summer holiday! The designer prices are much more reasonable at sale time but choice is sometimes restricted. I usually buy all our catalogue goods when the offers are available and find it quick and easy to order. The website is easy and clear to understand and loads quickly. I find the search tool the easiest option when looking for something specific, it gives you the option to view all and select the sort by which suits you ...

I have always run the littlewoods catalogue even before this modern technology hit off around the world. Ordering has never been a problem you pick up the phone tell them the number not forgetting the security checks and your account number first. They usually give you an approximate delivery time on your order and when they will have it in stock if they havent got it, ordering from the comfort of your home couldnt be easier. Then I tried the on ... ...entered all my details to register and it told me I was already registerd not quiet sure how because I had never used the on line service before, so I tried to log in and this told me I wasnt registered so in the end had to phone them to place my order. I have tried on many occasions to e-mail them to see if they have a log in and password for me with no sucess. I have had parcells delivered that they have just left on plain view for any passer by ...

I have shopped with Littlewoods for many years mainly through their catalogue and more recently on line as it saves on phone costs which at one time were free. The site is easy to use and search facility is quick. There are a large range of sizes in most things and the choice is wide ranged to suit most age groups. They sell everything you would expect from clothes to household appliances sports gear and toys. They also offer loans but at a quite ... ...£60 can be paid for over 52 weeks interest free . There is also the option of paying over 104 and 156 weeks for more expensive items but again the interest rate is high at 29.9%.
Delivery is free as is returns and they can be arranged either on line taken to the post office with the prepaid label contained on the invoice or by ringing customer services and asking for a courier collection. I find the courier service is the quicker option and less ...

I've had problems with Littlewoods before in 2005 where a chest of drawers was delivered which couldn't be assembled (problems with the way certain holes were drilled). It took Littlewoods nearly 3 months to collect the item, and then, rather than reimburse me £70, they kept adding the amount to the bill until I supposedly owed them £210. It took 4 phone call to sort it and months and months of aggro.
We now live in the West of Ireland and Littlewoods ... ...with them for nearly EUR 900 for various items of furniture. After 2 weeks of no reply, I called them yesterday, only to find out that my order had been rejected because I had exceeded my credit limit of EUR 350. I pointed out that I was happy to pay by Credit Card or any other means, but Littlewoods are unable and incapable of accepting any other form of payment than 1) entering a credit agreement with them which I really, really don't want to do, ...
