Liv4now has had a bit of a facelift in recent months, bright colours and easy to navigate, web cams to spy on there staff and a radio link just about to go live.
Well at liv4now, u can sign up for free and get yourself a mail adress, with a very good layout, also very reliable. You can also sign up for free and use the discussion boards and have your say about practiacally anything under the sun, from showbiz and gossip, to football or even sex if you really want to. Most people that use this site though, do tend to have all met up at some point as they do have regular organised /advertised meet ups, mainly done in London.
Liv4now also have a chatroom, now called the coffeehouse where you can pop in for a freindly chat. This room is hosted most of the time to keep out 'trouble chatters' and general idiots. There are normally around 50 people chatting in these rooms during the evenings, so its not as fast or as frantic as some other chatrooms you may have experienced before.
Liv4now attracts mainly people of around 20-30 years old and is more like an online magazine really, packed full of articles that will make u smile. Its bright and well set out and the people who use it tend to be quite friendly.

The liv4now chat room is called the Coffeehouse, and i have used it for around two years, to meet up and chat with friends i have met there.Yes it was a little clickie, but only as far as we never really welcomed people whose first words were, "A/S/L?" and " N E 1 CYBER?" But apart from that we welcomed new people into our small band.

When i said small band we had maybe a regular group of people who used the room of about 20-25, of course we ... ...really want to go into a "one-to-one" but prefer an open forum, where every one can put their views and opinions across, and in the Coffeehouse this happened, i have had the most amazing conversations with a group of people, whose ages might range from 17-70.

They were not to many rules, just respect really, no swearing, no excess flooding(when the person types the same thing over and over) For me it really was the perfect chat room. We have ...

I got into Live4Now via a rather unusual route. I was doing research on Internet entrepreneurs and having had enough of the rants of Martha Lane Fox (lastminute.com) after about 30 seconds. I started to look at other, less covered by the press persona, such as Serena Doshi, the founder of Liv4now.com.
I must say I was quite taken with the site initially which offers a range of up to date articles on popular topics. Having read a couple of them I ... ...of an obvious wannabe journalist writing about eating out in London.
The main point of his article was that the West End sucked people in and forced them to pay ridiculous prices. He then went on the mention a few (about three) fairly obvious areas of outer London to grab a cheaper bite to eat. Being a Londoner I immediately saw his article as stupid as having ranted on about the West End being so overpriced he completely overlooked China Town where ...

Advantages: you don't have to stay on site for replies to your topic Disadvantages: none that i found ,yet.
I found this site by sheer chance.Being a rather inquisative sort of person i couldn't but help myself from looking at the discussion boards.I was surprised to see that rather than the usual banal comments put up by some other places i have been to here was one that looked at subjects in a more serious matter.After looking more closely at the site i soon found out that the subjects up for discussion are posted by anyone who wants to say something,although ... ...topics and each has a list of sub topics .you are able to post a subject you want to talk about ,i also found that you are e mailed if anyone writes a reply to a topic that you have posted yourself.It is fairly busy around 5pm to 7pm,there are not many people on after 12pm and after 1.30 it can be a lonely place. If you're looking for a chat forum or discusion board that's lively and fun, then Liv4Now could well be for you! The chat and discussion areas are in keeping with the rest of their site and offer friendly, stimulating and interesting conversation that won't have you logging off in boredom. While the flashy exterior promises the world, the site is little more than a glorified porn site.
There is a "celebrity nudes" gallery, and a whole plethora of rather demeaning and verging on the obscene content...all this from a site that is aimed at "young professionals"
certainly if any young professionals are out there I'm sure you'd be better off looking at a share dealing site or the financial times website.
