my findings on using LLOYDSTSB online banking although this can be said for any of the online banking sites for any banks?
'Online' banking is the term given online accessibility. To use the online banking service all you need is
A computer "Internet enabled,
A phone line
Account passwords as well as a user name; the user name is normally supplied by the bank, with you choosing the password.
Some Advantages of using online banking.
One is accessibility all the customer now needs to do is sit down at a computer and they can access there accounts. Also though it has to be mentioned that the customer can access there account form ANYWHERE in the world.Another advantage is the customer can now access there statement anytime and anywhere. There is now the choice of still getting a monthly statement though the post as some banks offer to stop this. This has resulted in less paper being used as well as increasing the over all security to the customer who now has no paper statements to throw away. This can help prevent Identity theft.
Some Disadvantages of using online banking
Another result of online banking is the fact more and more high street branches of the banks are losing customers every day this has resulted in the outlet being shutdown and staff redundancies.
There is no doubt in my mind by the middle of this century that most banking outlets on the high street will be shutdown. The banks themselves will all be online. Nothing is no stopping the computer age taking over the way we do things today.

Agree with the others on this... again, let me know if you get it moved.
Same again here, I'm afraid - an interesting review, but it wasn't directly about this bank itself. I'd recommend following COOOEEE's advice on getting your review moved to the right category. I'll be more than happy to re-rate then, let me know when it's done. x
