LloydsTSB Online banking... |

I have been using lloydsTSb online banking for a while now and recently started using it for a business account as well. I was relatively happy with the service until quite recently.
I have started using a business account and transfer money from business account to personal account on a weekly basis. I recently did this and subsequently logged onto my personal account where I found I had a balance for say 1800 but no trace of the transferred funds in the statement. I thought I must have made a mistake or something and remember the amount in the account incorrectly but certainly i seemed to be better off than I thought given abscence of any record of transfer amount.
So I decided to check the next day when I found the my personal account was still showing the same balance (1800) but now the statement included the transfer from my business account.
So now I feel unable to trust the online application or indeed the transactional integrity of the application. I was on the phone for over an hour that day trying to make a complaint but oddly Lloyds do not have a complaints procedure. The person i talked to said that what had occured sometimes happens and that they were not doing anything about it and nor were they about to either.
No one from the bank has followed up on this matter.
I will be leaving the bank and going elsewhere possible.

Many of the banks online systems give an up to date balance but will not update the statement until the system runs overnight, I know it is slightly irritating but there is not alot the staff can do about it.
