Lost card |

I lost my loyds/tsb gold card and was very impressed with the speed I received my replacement card after loosing it. The phone call was free, the gentleman I dealt with was very helpful checking that no money had been taken from my acount since I lost my card.. He also asked me the security questions obviously before going into details about how my card would be sent. Within a couple of days reporting this loss my new card arrived. The way this problem was dealt with meant I had no worries about anybody accessing my account and had no sleepless nights whilst waiting for my card.I would recommend loyds account to friends and family as the advantages of having a gold card makes it better than other bank accounts
