Advantages Basic remoting is free, can be done from a mobile phone, add multiple machines
Disadvantages although very secure, opens up a potential entry route to your machine

Log Me In has to be hands down one of the best pieces of remote software on the market today. They offer both free and paid versions, but you only really need the free one. With LogMeIn Free you can get remote access to a number of your computers via a web browser of app for a mobile phone. With it you get full remote control of the machine. This is brilliant for anyone, whether you are an IT professional who wishes to provide remote support or if you just want to be able to access your computer wherever you are.
