Advantages Bad customer service
Disadvantages Bad Store I've never been in my Life
would like to complain to Maplin Store at the Oxford road Manchester. The Assistance Manager call Craig been absolutely rude to me.
The Story was I bought the wrong item on the 2 Feb 2011. I bring it back to store on the 3 Feb 2011 and spoke with the person who served me yesterday.
Regarding to wrong item.
The Assistance Manager Craig he said the item it’s non refundable.
I said it’s not thing showing me that I can not make a refund as the item it’s non been use.
He said the box it’s been open. Yes that’s true but if it’s not open, How do I know It’s did suit to my equipments.
He shout to me and said.
CAN YOU LET ME FINISH MY WORD FIRST. (Something like listen to me) His eye contact and body language is absolutely rude.
I did ask him to calm down and talk to me like I’m his customer.
He said he found I’m being rude to him by point the 5 finger to him as I didn’t expected.
He said I will have to calm down. He will make me calm down in a minute (What is that’s mean?) Make me calm down!!!
He said If not I will not being serve. This is really ridiculous due to this story.
So I will have to shut my mouse and listen to him (hum the song in the store).
He really put me down and make me feel like this is very bad store as I never been to.
I’m a Maplin regular customer. I never had any problem with any Maplin store before, except this store OXFORD ROAD MANCHESTER.
I am a restaurant and bar owner on Portland street. I’ve been due with the drunkenness my self and I never treat them like this Guy before “CRAIG”
The Staff in Maplin Oxford road they all most the same with the attitude when the customer need something.
It didn’t look like they’re interested to work.
The store wasn’t that busy 5-6 staff working but the service is so poor.
I’m spent my time for this email to let you know us I feel I had enough in past 4 years with this store.
This story won’t be stop I will try my best to post on every internet website. I do believed many customer got the same problem with your staff attitude.

Looking forward to see some thing change in Maplin Oxford road Manchester.
I hope “Craig Assistance Manager” choose be back to train how to talk and service the customer.
