We ordered an i-pod for my daughter's Christmas present through Marks and Spencer's internet site. We had the opportunity to buy it £10 cheaper through Apple and with free engraving but M&S had an offer of a free docking station. A week and a half after we placed the order we received an e-mail saying they couldn't fulfill the order and were therefore cancelling it. Even worse, they then tried to get us to buy the docking station for £70 without ...
...When my husband rang to complain he was told that they do not have a 'live' ordering system showing whether the item is actually in stock. We now have to hope we can get her present in time, but will be paying £10 more than we would have had to and with no engraving. I would have thought M&S would be one of the more reliable websites, but apparently not! Back to Amazon. ...

You just can't get better quality then M&S can you? Although their food, clothes and other products may be a little more procey than your average supermarket, the extra money you are spending is worth it! The clothes are such good material, and most of the clothes I've bought - which are still in style! - have lasted me few the years and still manage to look brand new! And the food! Well, if I was to live on Marks and Spencers food for a week, I ...
...and such good quality. Fresh, fine and devine! Delicious! So, if you want to go that just a little bit further than Marks and Spencers is the supermarket to shop at - not just for clothes, but for food! The website is also very easy to browse, set out easily so you can find exactly what you're looking for! And when you do search something, you're guranteed to find exactly what your looking for! I'm amazed that a company this size is so badly organised online. They don't seem to have anyone working over the week-end as I have rarely seen an order placed on a Friday night or over the week-end change status. If this were a small company or an online store offering unbeatable prices I could understand all this, but Marks and Spencers are quite expensive compared to most online retailers. For the money we pay, I expect much better service. ...

I am sat indoors waiting for a delivery that was ordered on the 18th november, today is the 29th. i had an email to say goods would be delivered on the 28th. the money was taken from our account on the 17th which is not what is stated on one of the several forms that accompanied my order. to say i am cross woud be an understatement as i am furious. i had hoped that ordering from M&S would be as easy as when i order my groceries from sainsburys, where ...

I never really shopped at M&S until a couple of years ago, as always felt it was quite an old fashioned and expensive, but I think it's really improved recently, has good quality clothes and very competative prices. Recently, I've begun to notice that similar items can be found cheaper in M&S than shops like New Look, Dorethy Perkins, Top-Shop etc. This review is on the website though, so I won't dwell on the shops.
