If you expect things to be done properly, DO NOT USE this company. I ordered a fridge freezer, i chose the 10 day delivery option (advertised as free on the order page of the site). When I paid the total they had charged me £4.95 for this free service. Oh well it was still cheap. Then I check the delivery date, this shows as expected 20th Jan. 13 days rather than 10. My dealing with Marshall Ward was a total and absolute catastrophe. I ordered a bed and paid in full using a credit card on 02/01/2008. An incorrect bed delivered on 22/01/2008. I requested a replacement. The wrong bed was collected and a new, again incorrect bed was delivered. After that I asked them to collect the wrong bed again and requested a refund. The 2nd bed was collected on 01/02/2008. Five months after that I still don't have a refund. Not only that, but they're saying I never returned the beds and are chasing me through their debt collecting agency as according to them I owe them money!!!!!!! Save your self a lot of headache and avoid Marshall Ward. ...
