Advantages Cheap

Disadvantages none

WE wanted to go to manchester to see Manchester united play. What to do? It was the bank holiday weekend and flights and train tickets would have cost me and the hubby about £200 to get there and back. SOOOO not impressed!
So i looked on Mega Bus and was pleasantly surprised to get the two of us to Manchester and back £16! No i kid you not!!!
So i booked it. really easy as with a lot of internet shopping, pick the product pop your card details in and Voila all done and a confirmation email

The service itself was really good for such cheappy tickets OK so the bus left a little bit late on the way out but made up the time and the seats were clean and comfortable. It did take 5 hours to get there however trains and planes aint that much quicker. On the way home we ran into traffic and the driver kept us well informed and apologised for the delay

Theres not much more to say but i'd definately do it again!

    tis incredible when train tickets cost about £40

    I have never tried it (I don't even know if they still run it), but there was one of these from Plymouth to London at one point - for £1 return!
