Advantages: they have a good product range Disadvantages: they dont actually have the products at all. Don't waste your money on next day delivery
This company may be ok for business customers - I draw this conclusion from reading the other reviews here, but, private buyers beware.
A very expensive product was purchased for a birthday gift for my son, using the online finance they offer, No problem with the finance , that's not the problem.
The package arrived and was only just in time desipte next day delivery costing £9.99 the package arrived 7 days later - direct from supplier, Thats not ... ...sons birthday which was by now just a day away. When he unwrapped it he was delighted but this was short lived due to the item having been damaged in the post. The customer support they offer is a joke. They don't return calls or emails and because you signed to receive the item. They do not want to know, their solution - Pay an extra £200 and we will get it repaired, You heard right. A brand new product that for you know could have been damaged ...

This time I said I wanted to buy a really reputable make as I was fed up with the quality of the previous monitor which seemed to have some pixel issues. As my husband has recently moved offices and has new Samsung monitors there, and also because I had read some really good reviews of the make, I decided to compare prices for a replacement monitor. ...

Quick review of misco.co.uk
Bought a Shinco Portable DVD player from them 18 months ago based on theirs being the lowest cost and yesterday it packed up - wouldn't read any discs. Phoned Misco as a first port of call to see if there was anything I could do and was really impressed with the service I received. No quibbling, very friendly - they offered a full refund straight away and even picked up the offending article by courier! Couldn't ask for more!!! ...

Having used MISCO on a number of occasions I was happy to purchase a gigabyte motherboard bundle. After five months this malfunctioned. MISCO kindly arranged to have this picked up the next day. This is where the problems began. Once it was returned and 4 weeks later there is no communication from them to let you know the progress of the repair or if a replacement has been agreed.
