You can turn off product thumbnails, which I think is great for those who are on dialup. They have the usual results per page selection as well as a way to increase or decrease text size. I first discovered a catalogue for Misco 2 years ago, at the time I was looking at buying a Superdisk, they had a very good price on one so I bought it, the order was taken, delivery was within 2 days as promised, no problems so far. Once I had the device the problems arose, resolving the conflict was down to the manufacturer, after 10 months without successfully removing all of the problems I decided that I had had enough. I have decided to write this revue after far too many problems with Misco (Simply Computers). I have been working at an IT firm for a couple of years and in that time have had cause to order from Misco about 6 times... each time we have had different problems. Problems range from items not being delivered, the wrong items being sent out, the order being lost and having to be re-submit, and their customer support it dreadful! I once spent 20 minutes ...
...the only person who could assist was absent and to call back another day. Most recently we ordered 8 chairs for our new office. The order was accepted and we paid by bank transfer. As we bank at the same branch the funds were deposited immediately in to Miscos account. A week later they were still saying that they had not received the money.
