This company may be ok for business customers - I draw this conclusion from reading the other reviews here, but, private buyers beware.
A very expensive product was purchased for a birthday gift for my son, using the online finance they offer, No problem with the finance , that's not the problem.
The package arrived and was only just in time desipte next day delivery costing £9.99 the package arrived 7 days later - direct from supplier,
Thats not the problem either.
We quickly wrapped the item for our sons birthday which was by now just a day away.
When he unwrapped it he was delighted but this was short lived due to the item having been damaged in the post. The customer support they offer is a joke. They don't return calls or emails and because you signed to receive the item. They do not want to know, their solution - Pay an extra £200 and we will get it repaired, You heard right. A brand new product that for you know could have been damaged before they even sent it ( remember its direct from supplier) costing over a thousand pounds on finance arrives broken, You cant use it and now your faced with another large bill just to get what you ordewred in the first place, not to mention your new product is now downgraded to a refurbished product. In short I wouldn't touch this company with a10ft barge pole. STAY AWAY. if your lucky enough to have a good delivery and when your item arrives it works then i'm sure you will be fine but if your un-lucky and your item is faulty or damged - sorry pal your on your own - good luck getting any support from this company.
