Advantages Mobile Fun, good for cheap bits
Disadvantages Nightmare for phones and poor aftersales.
I could do 2 ratings for Mobile Fun, for small bits I have used them for years and although some of the bits is cheap Chinese tat (you get what you pay for I suppose) its always been fine.
The problem is with phones, I could not get a Nokia E6 from T-Mobile last year so bought one from MF. I had problems with it after a couple of months and eventually had to send back. After various e-mails I got a reply and had to take it to specialist shop that did the shipping (why can't you use a post office ?) and after 17 days I heard nothing so I started to e-mail and still nothing. Eventually a reply with usual stuff about T+C's saying they could have if up to 28 days. Eventually it turned up (minus its screen cover) with no explanation as to what work was done. This was because they had just reset it as it still didn't work right. Weeks later I am still trying to sort it as I refuse to let them have it again and not mend it.
The problem is they are not geared up for problems, no return of calls today for example someone was going to ring back in 10 mins and that was 4 hours ago......
So for a cheap charge they are fine but for phones, hardware steer well clear as there after sales is terrible.
