I have now bought 4 different contract mobiles from this site over the last few years and each time the service has been excellent. They are a part of the Carphone Warehouse, so it's part of a big and reputable company which offers some peace of mind. Each time, they have promised next day delivery and that is what I got. After reading reviews for this site it seems that not many people who have had a good experience have written anything so here it goes!!! I ordered my band new shiny pink samsung g600 on Thurdsay 31st July at 3:00pm. The package includes a JCV Tv, 1200minutes and 600 txts for £45.00 a month. Mobiles.co.uk - love it. ordered my new phone with free wii. bit apprehensive due to the poor reviews - but thought it was worth a try based on the free gifts being delivered WITH the phone. Phone ordered Friday - Sony K810i. £35 p/m, 600 mins and 500 texts. The order went through, but I didn't receive my phone or gift on the saturday as expected. I have been with O2 for years and decided to take a contract through mobiles.co.uk due to the great offers with orange and the amazing free gifts. The phone I ordered came as stated, the next day. After 3 days there was a fault with the phone. I called their returns line only to keep getting cut off due to their not being any lines available. When I finally got through after 40 minutes, it took 23 minutes of hold time in their queue. I was told there was only one gentleman on the returns line. Got my first cash back today. Read a comment before saying dont comment before get the first cash back. From the day place the order, everything goes exactly as the website promised. No delay in receiving the phone, the package is as descibed (had dispute with the network carrier, orange, but no problem with this website staff) and 6-day customer email response (tho they generally reply within 3 days and the answer is generally very helpful. the website has clear instructions for everything tho). Forgot to cancel the bundle that charges extra...but tats a personal fault... And got first cash ... more
