Complete rip off. They only pay if you hassle them constantly, and then it's always late. I was told that May's payment wouldn't be in until the end of November. I'm still waiting. Do not be fooled by their outstanding cashback offers. They do not refund you the money as promised unless you chase them with numerous letters, threats and complaints. My friends and I have personally fallen into this trap with them and it's not worth the hassle!! ...

This company does not deserve to be in business. I bought a mobile phone from them on contract just over a year ago, and was appalled by what I found. Their cashback system is utterly atrocious, and despite complying with their instructions, I had to fight tooth and nail for every payment. Claims were paid only after I kicked up a massive fuss, and each claim was at least two months late (and I was one of the fortunate ones!).
