The site is really easy to use, for example, for savings you enter the amount you want to save, the terms (instant access, fixed term, notice, etc), and it gives you a list of the highest paying accounts available. The information ... ...found another site to equal this one.
They search a vast range of banks and building societies, and advise you on whether they accept local investors only, they give you phone numbers, website addresses, minimum investment rate, anything you can think of.
They can help you find mortgages, savings accounts, credit cards, loans and other things.
The only thing that wasn't so useful was the car insurance search, the site did not seem to be linked ...

Advantages: Very good navigation, simple, comprehensive Disadvantages: Not very good for stocks and shares
Having been online for quite some time now I remember a time, a couple of years ago, when this site was pretty much the only one out there offering help with finding the right mortgage and stuff like that. Sites abound now offering this service but Moneynet remains and it is still one of the better ones out there offering product comparison. What I like about Moneynet is that there is no messing around. You don't have to wade through pages of editorial ... ...advice to find the best deal for your situation. The site is, as a result, quite fast and crisp and there are few navigation problems - although I did have a bit of trouble finding their ISA section. If you want a stocks and shares resource maybe Moneynet isn't for you - they do offer a portfolio service but there's no news and not as much content as you would find on Motley Fool or Sharepages.
