This site is excellent for comparing insurance quotes from a variety of suppliers. I have used it for 2 years now and each year it has provided me with the cheapest quote for both Car and Home insurance.

There is a couple of slight problems with the site, the first is that on a few quotes, when you try to get them it turns out that the actual quote is higher than the site. The only way around that is for moneysupermarket to take a lot more information to send to the companies, which would lead to a lot of time being wasted. It would be nice however to have the option to do this if you wanted too.

The other problem I found out when I moved into a new home is that it takes quite a time for moneysupermarket to update their post code database, so I had to resort to the old method of calling round all companies (A lot of the companies also do not update their records well and refused to quote as well)

Overall I would recommend this site to anybody who wanted cheap home or car insurance
