The design of this site is somewhat uninspired - you would imagine that with a name like mouselotto they could come up with some groovy cartoons and graphics, but this is not the case. This website has been designed on a tight budget, and is somewhat unappealing to the eye. For such an unimaginative, basic site I have been surprised by the number of times I have logged on, only to be confronted with a "maintenance in progress" message - what is there to maintain?
The premise of the main lottery draw is slightly different to others, in that you have to select six numbers from the range 1 - 66. The mathematicians amongst you will have worked out that the odds of winning a prize are therefore even lower than a conventional 1-49 lottery, so it puzzles me as to why the prizes on offer are so low. Match 3 numbers, and you get 50p, match 4 and win £5, match 5 and win £40 and match six and win - well, a share in the jackpot which is usually a few hundred pounds. This compares unfavourably to the £100,000 on offer over at Bananalotto.
You are able to enter the main mouse lottery up to ten times a day, but each time you make an entry it can be a relatively time-consuming process, and this time is compounded further by the little trip you have to make to a sponsor's website. I would be surprised if anyone had the patience to enter ten times a day - but it does offer you an increased chance of winnning.
There is a second game, called Safe Mouse where you have to select an eight digit number - gues the right number and you unlock the safe and get the cash inside. For each day that the cash isn't won, the prize goes up by £1. When I logged on, the prize had reached just under £300 - not much, considering you have a 1 in 100,000,000 chance of winning.
The feel and content of the site is such that I don't trust them to pay out any winnings you may be lucky enough to get anyway. There are no obvious details of winners etc, and the site is so cheap and nasty you can't help but feel that they don't have the cash to pay out with anyway.
If you're into on-line lotteries, I would stick with bananalotto - there are only so many hours in the day, and I can't help but think that mouselotto would be a waste of anyone's time.
Advantages: fun, chance to win loads Disadvantages: time-consuming, unattractive
Mouselotto is an online lottery game, along the lines of bananalotto. Here you get 10 chances to chose 6 numbers from 66, validating each entry by visiting the sponsor. You have a chance of winning anything from 50 pence upwards. The star prize is normally several hundred pounds.
The site is basic, to say the least, but this is actually helpful if you are dialled up over a slow connection. Another problem is the lack of Netscape support, but I have ... ...click on the sponsors banner each time is a very slow process, I would prefer fewer chances to enter and better prizes, but I suppose the economics don't work like that.
On my first visit I won two prizes of 50p each. Hardly a fortune, but better than I have done on the National Lottery for a while! They haven't arrived yet, but when I do I will be somewhat embarassed to take them to the bank. Still, should raise a smile or two! ...

Advantages: Free to play Disadvantages: No big cash prize
Mouselotto is one of the newer lottery type games to be launched, as with bananalotto you get small cash prizes for matching 3 or more balls. For 3 balls you get 50p, 4 balls you get £5 and for 5 balls you get £40, of course 6 balls is the jackpot. Note that these prize values are reviewed on a regular basis and do change.
As the site is only a fledgling the jackpot isn't exactly huge, usually around the £180 to £200 mark, but whats that matter ... ...have also launched a quiz game (very very similar to uproar.com) in which you have to score over 4000 points in 10 questions to get entry into a national lottery syndicate. If 3 or 4 Numbers are matched in the National Lottery Syndicate, a winner is selected at random. If 5+ Numbers are matched, the prize is shared equally. Sounds very like freelottery.co.uk !!!
I think this site is defiantely one to watch over the next few months as it seems to ...

Advantages: free to play Disadvantages: too many numbers to choose from
Mouselotto.com, is as the name suggests a lotto game.
It is free to play and you can play more than once a day, which if you do play more than once increases your chances of winning(or so they say)
You start by picking 6 numbers and a bonus number, from 1-66. When you have picked your numbers you then click on a sponsors web-site and are taken there, while your numbers are registered in the draw.
The prizes on offer are not really that great. You ... ...and if you are lucky eneough to get all 6 six numbers and the bonus number you will get a share of the top prize, which if you are lucky might be £500!! If no-one else wins.
The site is very basic and not much thought has gone in to it. As i said earlier you can play more than once. You can play 5 times a day, you just have to leave an hour between each play.
I have played this and also bannalotto, the later being the best one to play.At least with ...

Advantages: Free to play 2 times a day Disadvantages: Hard to win any money
This game is probably the smallest lotto out of them all. This is because the Grand prize is only £1000. I have a long list of lotto and competion sites but this one is in the top 3 for being fun. The layout is very simple but very effective as every link stands out against the calming yellow and green colour scheme.
The game has basicly the same rules as any other lotto, as all you have to do is pick 6 numbers from 1-66 and a bonus number. You ... ...or just pick random sets with the random button. The main prize you would recieve would be mouse tokens which can be cashed in to buy tickets for other draws such as the £50 draw and the £200 draw. This is because if you get 1,2 or even 0 numbers you recieve mouse tokens.
Here are the lotto draw prizes:
Match 6 Numbers and Bonus to win the £1,000 Jackpot Match 6 Numbers to win the £150 Cash Prize Match 5 Numbers to win the £50 Cash Prize Match ...

Advantages: easy to play, good fun Disadvantages: mouses to many
This is one off the first sites i joined that was offering wealth to me just for playing games, As with most it as yet to deliver its promise but we all live in hope. The site is very basic but also very easy to get round, it takes as with all these sites just a few minutes to join up. You get two daily goes on the main game and they also offer one free card which is near on immposible but again fun to play. They do not bombard you with e-mails but ... ...or not, I have yet to win anything anywhere and at anytime but i will keep visiting my new friends the mice. They also have a draw for other various cash prizes in which you have to purchase tickets for but again this is free as you accumulate points everytime you are there and you get extra points in the lottery itself. I will be back ...
