Advantages VERY fast turnaround of DVDs
Disadvantages Titles were not sent in priority order, and newer / popular titles unsent

As a brief introduction to those who are not familiar with online dvd rental, there are several companies on the internet which allow rental of dvds from a selection of available titles from the comfort of your own home. Once you have registered , a list of dvds you wish to rent can be compiled, and depending which "package" you opt for ( eg 1 dvd, 2 dvds etc. at a time), these are posted to your home address and can be subsequently returned in a prepaid pre-addressed envelope which they come with.It is much cheaper and much more convenient than popping out to the local video shop!
