exactly the same here...and they fooled me around with emails when they were actually expecting an order would come....and after that....no news anymore, no CD, no refund.
I ordered a CD on August 2003. I never received it and honestly I could not tell if my credit card were charged more than once.
One thing is certain, I sent them a complaint 3 months ago and they sent a reply by eamil offering a refund or a re-ordering with a ... ...after the new order would be placed. I 've been silly enough - it seems - to pay a second time 3 months ago. I never received the CD and sent 5 email + one fax without a reply!
I don't know what to do and WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!! for sure! ...

Advantages: Cheap CDs Disadvantages: Credit Card debited apon initial order ( rather than apon shipped goods ). Poor customer service.

I received three shipments: November 11 2003; November 13 2003; December 1 2003.
I was expecting a total of 9 CDs - I only recieved 8 CDs. Printed on the shipped invoice was the following: "Note - This order is part of order M107563. The rest of the items in this order will follow as soon as we obtain them."
The unfortunate thing is that Musica.co.uk debits from credit cards, ... ...could not log onto my musica.co.uk account. I presumed that they had deleted my account. I recently started looking for background information - customer reviews about the company.

Advantages: I can't think of any! Disadvantages: Non-existent customer service.
I ordered a Cd from musica.co.uk on 14th December. I then received an invoice quoting a delivery date of 2-3 days. My credit card was debited immediately. When I tracked my account a few days later, the delivery datee had slipped to 21 days because of non-arrival of stock. During early January, I was unable to access the site as my e-mail address/password were not recognised. Then a notice on the site said it was being rebuilt. Finally I received ... ...hacked (probably by an unhappy customer!) and I was invited to open another account to re-activate my order. This I did. Since then -NOTHING! I cannot enter the site as my e-mail address/password is not recognised. They do not reply to e-mails. It is now 18th March so I have contacted my credit card company and Trading Standards in Jersey. Don't touch them!! ...

I bought (well, I thought I did!) 4 records from Musica on 25/01/04. I paid £32.30 by Switch card.
Everything went smoothly and I got a sale confirmation email instantly. I was told that it would take 1-2 weeks for the delivery but I still havent recieved any of the items. I emailed them many times but no response, and the phone number has been changed. I just wish I read some of the reviews here before I went to www.musica.co.uk!!! I have contacted ...

Hey guys
looks like i'm in the same boat as everyone else.
made 2 orders in December 2003 with these guys had no goods and my money has been taken from my cards.
these guys have given me a major headache, addresses that dont exist, telphone numbers that belong to other people and support?what support? never in all my years of shopping on the internet have i ever come accross such a shoddy out fit as these "bunch of cowboys."the email replies you ... ...been told i will be getting refund next week to date its now been a month,complained so much to musica they dont reply anymore, today had mail returned to me not even openend,what does this tell you?
please stay away from these guys or you gonna be done,that i'm pretty sure i cant trust them, will you?
will be setting a website up shortly for all us people who have been had.
