Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was only eight years old when he composed his first symphony. Was Mozart a child prodigy? Of course! But Mozart's genius most likely flourished thanks to his father, a gifted teacher who nurtured his young son’s musical curiosity by making lessons challenging, yet fun.
