Advantages: Good prices and products Disadvantages: Poor Customer Service and response
On face value it looked like a great site. Because it looked so good I made a purchase for guaranteed next day delivery on a thursday evening. By Monday afternoon it had not arrived so I cancelled it. The customer Service representative said they were awaiting stock, so I asked why they did not let me know or email me. She said some one should have (but they did not). No refund has ever been made to my account even though they took the money out ... ...any of my emails and I feel that the customer service for this company is shocking. My verdict: I would personally after the treatment I have had, would never shop with them or recommend that kind of service to anyone. I am sure they would be a fantastic site if they improve their customer service.

The site is easily accessible and very well laid out. The only thing that niggled me was the fact that some of the sections have a lot more products than others.
