The concept of this site is very interesting, you are able to "back up" your bookmarks on to one page on their server, and import and export them, to and from your browser. They even support Opera! This is certainly a good idea, but the idea will probably not catch on to mainstream internet users. Their site could do with a fresh lick of paint also, it looks shabby and rundown - created in about 5 minutes kind of look.
There are various software programs available to back up bookmarks, but this one is somewhat unique - due to the fact that it is versatile. For example, say you were surfing at home and found a good site, you then bookmark it onto your machine, yet when you get to work, or to college, you're using a different computer, therefore it is not bookmarked on that machine. By exporting your bookmarks to your myHQ.com account, you could then import them into the browser you were using on another machine. Very good idea!

Quick review of myhq.com
Top notch, and reliable way to manage a lot of bookmarks on different machines. Although the site is a little dated without any bling dont let that confuse you about its rock solid utility. The only negitive is that the features are located in different areas. When you find a feature you need to use, bookmark it. Once you have all the features bookmarked save them to a single catagory on myHq. Once done this becomes a great way to manage the site. The beta version is still under development and offers blogging and photo storage, plus some other stuff. I still like the orginal better. ...
